Every Insulting Gift is made to order especially for your ass. It usually takes 2 to 5 days to make your stuff but the global pandemonium slowed things down a lot. However it’s now improving daily, currently:
- Mugs – 3 to 5 days (back to normal)
- Neck Gaiters – 7 days or less
- Pillows – 4 to 6 weeks
- Plus shipping time (currently slower than usual)
It also depends on where you are in the world. USA orders are taking longer to make, but have almost normal ship times. Canadian orders are usually made in the USA and subject to current USA/Canada ship times. European orders are made very quickly in Latvia, but shipping is currently still much slower than usual due to limited flights in and out.
For all international orders (Australia, Canada, etc) we HIGHLY recommend tracked shipping if the option is available at checkout. Otherwise we have absolutely no way of finding your package if it goes astray. It’s well worth paying a bit extra for this.

We strongly recommend washing separately at first, or at least with like colors, because the polyester fabric we use tends to make the colors run. In other words don’t put in a hot wash with all your white shirts dipshit, and don’t come crying to us if you do.
Pillow covers can be machine washed at any temperature and it won’t affect quality. The polyester insert should be gently hand-washed only in cool water.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for reasons such as:
- Didn’t bother to read product page details about what I’m buying
- Just got my credit card bill and need some money back from somewhere
- Time of the month
Reasons for returns:
- Quality Issue – every order is carefully inspected for quality during production and before shipment – however should you notice a quality issue please contact us immediately. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 5 days after receiving your order, otherwise we will not be able to consider offering a refund for quality issues.
- Lost in Transit – for packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
- Wrong Address – if you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
- Unclaimed – shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of reshipment.
